I founded Accord HR after 15 years in Human Resources where I gained extensive experience across the full HR remit in a range of industries. Areas of my expertise include; conflict management, leadership development, employee engagement and team dynamics. I have worked across a range of industries at a senior level, some of these businesses include: Rolls Royce, E-on, Nationwide Building Society and Thornton’s. I use MBTI personality profiling, workplace mediation, coaching, NLP and leadership facilitation techniques to develop great leaders, productive teams and motivated employees. I have a passion for working with entrepreneurial businesses that thrive on a love of their chosen industry but sometimes feel at a loss regarding how to get the most out of their employees. I use a flexible approach to each individual in your team to achieve your business goals. This encourages self-motivation from your employees so they invest their loyalty into your wider company vision as well as supporting the growth and profitability of your business.
